US only.
Notes: The Shipping is not available for below areas Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
How long will we process your order?
After the order has been paid, the warehouse will take 1-2 business days to process your order.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery will normally take 3-12 business days. Depend on the address, and shipping method.
How can I track my package?
You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number when the shipping label is created.
NOTE: If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.
How will my delivery be shipped?
We ship our products with a combination of shipping methods to best serve our customers. Shipping methods include Direct-Shipping from our headquarter warehouse in China, our satellite warehouses in the US and Third-Party Shipping by our logistics partner--Amazon. Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out CinusLinus.com’s products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Will there be extra costs if my packages are shipped from different locations?
We ONLY charge once for shipping per single order, though we may expedite delivery by shipping your order from multiple locations and so you may receive multiple packages, there will be no additional shipping costs as long as they are from the same order.
Can I change the delivery address of my package or drop the order after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
Can I change or cancel my order?
This process varies according to your order type and which stage the order is in.
To cancel a Ship-to-Home order, send an e-mail to support@cinuslinus.com to cancel the order online. You may also choose to contact our online Customer Support to assist you with canceling orders. Please be noted that you can only cancel your order within 45 minutes after the purchase is done, once the 45-minute window has passed, the order cannot be canceled. If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.
